It is the LORD who goes before you.
He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you.
Do not fear or be dismayed.
Deuteronomy 31:8
God, we get paralyzed by fear. The fears of being alone, abandonment, lack of contentment, finances, the future, the unknown, our health; each haunts us with uncertainty and anxiety. This day, help us to turn our fears (no matter how big or how small) over to your care. Help us to recognize that you are on the journey with us and that you are never more than a breath away. Amen.
