Here is today's prayer:
Holy God, tonight I witnessed another child of yours return to a life in you through your church. It is a blessing to be a part of what you are doing in our midst. I cannot help but be grateful for the discernment, courage, and faith that you placed in the lives of those who communicated your grace to this child of yours. Help us to be ever mindful of those around us. Give us your eyes to see their hurting and grant to us the gifts and graces to be able to reach out to them with your truth. Take away our fears, that we may never be afraid to extend a simple invitation. In Christ's name we pray. Amen.
